Mark your calendars for our annual celebration of all things Fall! Holy Trinity's Fall Fest will take place on Saturday, Oct. 26 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. We will have trunk-or-treat, a bake sale, fun games, and more. If you'd like to volunteer, please contact [email protected].
Our Winter Uniform period will begin on Tuesday, Oct. 15. Our Uniform Store will be open beforehand (please see the email from Mrs. Pasch) and our Uniform Exchange will take place on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in Brenner Hall.
Holy Trinity will have a half day on Friday, Oct. 11, with an 11:30 a.m. dismissal. Our teachers will have lunch together and then will have a Spiritual Formation afternoon session with Fr. Kuchinski, our school's executive pastor. On Monday, Oct. 14, school is closed to observe Columbus Day.
Our 3rd-6th students will complete our first school penance service on Friday, Sept. 27 for the 2024-2025 academic year. Thank you to our four priests (Father Kuchinski, St. Mary's; Father Weiss, St. Joseph; Father Bateman, St. Patrick's; and Father Dubois, St. Patrick's) for coordinating their schedules to be there for our children!
There will be no school on Wednesday, Sept. 18 due to our teachers attending the Diocesan Education Conference in Harrisburg. This day is an excellent professional development opportunity for our faculty members and great way to pray, discuss topics, and learn about new ideas/practices.
Holy Trinity invites all our grandparents to school Mass followed by breakfast on Friday, Sept. 13! School Mass will take place in St. Patrick's at 9 a.m., and the Grandparents Breakfast will begin at approximately 10 a.m. in Brenner Hall. We hope to see you there!
Our first Holy Trinity "Spirit Night" this school year will be Friday, Sept. 6 at the York Revolution baseball game! Please contact the school office for ticket information. There will be lots of fun things going on -- including Mr. Scimeca throwing the opening pitch!
All families - mark your calendars for our annual "Back to School" Night on Wednesday, Sept. 4 at 6 p.m. We will gather in Brenner Hall to begin, and then we will dismiss parents to the school building to meet the teachers.
Holy Trinity's first day of school (1st-6th grades) will be Monday, Aug. 19 with an 11:30 a.m. dismissal. We will begin full day of school Tuesday, Aug. 20. Our PreK and K students will hold parent-teacher-student conferences on Monday and Tuesday and will start school on Wednesday, Aug. 21 with an 11:30 a.m. dismissal. Thursday and Friday are full days for all students.
Our teachers will begin the new academic year with a week of in-service, including a retreat to the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C. on Feast of the Assumption (Thursday, Aug. 16). Please pray for all our faculty and staff members as they prepare to begin the school year!
Our New Parent Orientation will take place 6 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 8 in the school library. We can't wait to share more about joining the Holy Trinity community for all our new families this school year!
Our annual pre-year Uniform Exchange will take place on Monday, July 29 from 12 - 4 p.m. in Brenner Hall. Gently used uniforms will also be available for purchase.
The school office will be closed on Wednesday, June 12, in order for our new security company to connect with the fire alarm system. The school office will be open the following day -- Thursday, June 13.

Our final day for the 2023-2024 academic year will be Friday, May 31. We will celebrate our last school Mass of the year with Father Bateman, and then we will hold our Awards Ceremony in Brenner Hall afterward with a 10:30 a.m. dismissal.
All are invited to join us as we celebrate our 6th grade students for the Sending Forth Mass at St. Patrick's on Wednesday, May 29 at 5:30 p.m. The families will be invited to join us in Brenner Hall afterward for awards and the conferral of diplomas.
Our 5th and 6th grade students will participate in a retreat on Tuesday, May 28 on the campus of St. Mary's parish. Please pray for our 5th graders, who are about to become the leaders of Holy Trinity, and for our 6th graders, who will move on to middle school next fall.
Our annual Race for Education fundraiser will take place during Field Day on Friday, May 24! Please see the link on our front page or "Support" tab for more information on supporting a student, teacher, or priest. We are more than halfway toward our goal of $55,000. Our 2nd grade students will receive their First Communion during Masses taking place over the next three weekends at St. Patrick's and St. Mary's (English and Spanish). Please pray for these students as they prepare to receive this Sacrament for the first time!
Our 3rd and 6th grade students collected the most money during our annual "Baby Bottle Fundraiser" for the Women's Care Center in York. Of the four schools holding this fundraiser, we raised the most money despite being the smallest! Thank you to all our Holy Trinity families for your support of this important resource for expecting mothers and their babies in our community.
