Father Kuchinski began as an official supporting pastor of Holy Trinity Catholic School in July 2023, when St. Mary's became an official supporting parish of the school. Many St. Mary's families had chosen Holy Trinity as their Catholic school before that, and, in fact, it today counts the most Holy Trinity students among the three supporting parishes. 

Father Kuchinski was ordained in 2016 and has served as St. Mary's pastor since 2019. He assumed the role of Holy Trinity Catholic School's executive pastor in July 2024.
