Jennifer is the President of the Board of Education, also serves on the HTCS Long Range Planning and Facilities & Maintenance committees. Prior to becoming HTCS Board president, Jennifer served as president of St. Joseph School Dallastown's board chair for 7 years. Jennifer is a member of St. Joseph Dallastown Catholic Church since the late 1980s and is a member of the parish's finance council.
Jennifer graduated from Lebanon Catholic High School in 1986, Pennsylvania State University in 2000 (B.S. Public Policy, minor in Women's Studies) and continued on for her Masters in Public Administration (2002) with a certificate in Budget and Financing.
She has spent the past 23 years working for the Commonwealth of PA, beginning as an intern working her way up to her current role: Director, Office of Budget and Financial Management for the past 4 years. In addition, Jennifer is a licensed realtor in PA. In her spare time, Jennifer re-purposes furniture.
Her youngest son is a 4th grader at HTCS. Jennifer is committed to the success of HTCS and to catholic education in the York deanery.
