Personal Biography
I was born in Columbia, PA and moved to York in 1980. I have been married for 28 years
and have two stepchildren and three beautiful grandchildren. One family lives in Oregon
and the other in Florida so we have to travel a lot to see them! My husband and I are
both musicians and we play in the Spring Garden Band of York. I play saxophone and my
husband plays trumpet. We also sing and play in our praise band, “Higher Ground” at our
church. I love to read, do puzzles, travel and spend time with family and friends. I retired
in 2019 from St. Patrick School after 34 years there! And now I am back two days a week
teaching instrumental music lessons and band. I love being around all of the children and
am so excited to share my love of music with everyone again!
