Principal's Corner

August 2020

Welcome to Holy Trinity Catholic School! This is an exceptionally challenging year as we prepare for our students to physically return to our building during a pandemic. When we left in March, everyone assumed it would be for a short interval, but unfortunately that was not the case.  We said good bye to our students on Friday and on Monday began remote learning. Truly everyone had to take a deep breath as we adjusted to our new reality. The teachers were able to respond professionally in meeting the needs of our children. The children were able to successfully adapt to online instruction. We are certainly blessed to have such commited educators and parents. As a school family, we are committed to providing an exceptional faith based education. This year promises to be an exceptional year as we enter our second year as Holy Trinity Catholic School.  We will explore various innovative avenues to live our mission in this changed reality of social distancing. Our mission of excellence in education, fostering leaders and nurturing faith creates a dynamic child who is ready for the next challenge.

Holy Trinity Catholic School is a community of committed families. We share similiar values and beliefs: to live, learn and love as Jesus taught us. Our volunteers serve on the school board, help in the classroom, serve meals during lunch, supervise recess, fundraise and participate in activities for the students. Our families live their faith as they help those in need and share these same values with their children. Nothing gives me more pleasure than to spend time with our children as they learn and grow into the person God wants them to be. Our guiding motto this year is from St. Francis DeSales: "Be who you are and be that well. So that you may bring honor to the Master Craftsman whose handiwork you are." Be the person God made you to be. Be the best version of yourself.
